BEES:
COLLECTION: Our nucleus colonies can be collected directly from us at a pre-arranged time. This will usually be in the evenings or weekends. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred at the point the bees leave us. We recommend that during transit, poly nucs are orientated to ensure the frames are in line with the direction of travel ie.the entrance faces the front of the vehicle – this reduces the risk of bees being squashed.
DELIVERY: For an additional fee, we can deliver them directly to your door within 75 miles of Bristol. The fee varies on the distance needed to travel. Please contact us for a quote.
RETURNS: We do not accept returns.
GIFTS & POLLINATOR HOTELS:
DELIVERY: All items will be sent via Royal Mail. Postage & Packaging charges will apply and are calculated at checkout. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred during transit.
REFUND/RETURNS POLICY: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you as soon as possible on the status of your refund after inspection of the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account/original payment method. You should receive a credit within 2 – 3 days however this may be longer depending on the policies of your card issuer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
